We need someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service, even when recognition is not always immediate, because you value doing the right thing. This position is not for an on-site manager. You will be part of a team managing properties all over San Gabriel Valley. Everything from single family homes to buildings with 30 units.

Responsibilities:

- Oversee all aspects of operations, including leasing, showings, maintenance, and tenant relations.

- Manage the leasing process, including marketing available units, conducting tours, and screening potential tenants.

- Coordinate move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth transition for residents.

- Address tenant concerns and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.

- Maintain accurate records of all property-related activities, including leases, maintenance requests, and financial transactions.

- Coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure timely completion of maintenance and repair tasks.

Requirements:

- Previous experience in property management is preferred but not required. If you think you’re up for the challenge, we encourage you to apply.

- Strong communication skills to interface effectively with tenants and landlords.

- Proficiency in property management software, particularly Appfolio.

- Excellent organizational and administrative skills to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

- Knowledge of contract management principles and practices.

- Familiarity with property leasing laws, regulations, and Fair Housing.

- Strong problem-solving skills to address tenant issues and resolve conflicts.
