ProAg is Hiring a Human Resources Associate Near Maple, MN

Looking to start or advance your career in HR? If so, this position can serve as a launch pad for your career. This position will work closely with the HR Director and be responsible for the full life cycle of talent acquisition as well as various other aspects of HR, which includes onboarding, performance management, talent development, and engagement initiatives. In this position, you’ll experience a lot of variety and have the opportunity to learn and grow your skills and build your resume for your HR career.

As an HR Associate, you’ll be a critical part of helping to impact and shape our company’s culture and strategic growth plan through the following responsibilities:
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting efforts, which include sourcing, posting, evaluating resumes, prescreening applicants, scheduling interviews, conducting phone screen interviews, and facilitating the job offer and onboarding phases of the talent acquisition cycle.
  • Facilitate the maintenance of ProAg’s employment brand and employment social media campaigns.
  • Conduct training and learning experiences.
  • Coordinate the performance management system.
  • Participate in various employee engagement initiatives including coordinating our ProAg Cares volunteer program and Office Culture teams.
We are looking for an HR Associate who is willing to occasionally travel for job and career fairs, company meetings, etc.
What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, Industrial Labor Relations, Psychology, or a related field or equivalent experience.

  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities and relationships.
