$22-24/hr
Temp-to-Hire Position
- Strong knowledge and experience in financial statements, and bookkeeping
- AR / AP Experience
- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, classifying, computing, posting and recording data
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records by entering data into accounting software
- Protect confidentiality and security of financial, client, and proprietary information always.
- Enter key daily financial data for multiple entities, including all bank and credit card transactions, into the company database
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, including monthly statements and reconciliations.
- Perform administrative tasks related to filing, scanning, and organizing financial documents.
- Support the finance team with ad-hoc projects and tasks as needed.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capacity to multitask effectively
- Understanding of Generally Accepted Principles (GAAP)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining financial records
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- QuickBooks Software experience
