Job Assignment Details:

• Hourly Pay Rate: $25-30$hourly rate
  • Specific hourly pay rate is negotiable and will be discussed further during hiring process
• Benefits: Insurance Benefits provided (Medical, Vision & Dental)
• Guaranteed Hours: 32-37.5hours per week
• Assignment Length: August 2024 June 2025
• Case Load Description:
  • Chosen candidate will be assigned to either an elementary, middle school or high school caseload (depending on experience & preference).
  • Paraprofessional are typically assigned to work with one student unless otherwise specified in interview process
• Job Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct classroom support to assigned Special Education teacher in the district
  • Assist students with behavioral management techniques throughout the day as needed
  • Work 1-to-1 and in small group settings with student(s) in assigned caseload

Job Qualifications:

• Active or inactive RBT license
• Previous school paraprofessional or registered behavior technicianexperience preferred, but new grads & first timers arealso welcome!
Must provide 2 professional references & pass drug/background check
