School Licensed Practical Nurse

Responsibilities:

• This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday. You will be working 1:1 with a high school student. The school day is 7:30 am to 1:30 pm. Experience with Type 1 diabetes is preferred.
• Administer medication and provide medical care as needed to students according to individual healthcare plans.
• Monitor and assess the health needs of students throughout the school day.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare professionals to ensure students' well-being and adherence to healthcare plans.
• Maintain accurate records of student health information and medication administration.

Requirements:

• Current CT LPN license.
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting.

As a ProCare employee, you will be paid on a weekly basis through direct deposit. Your hourly rate will be dependent upon your experience and education.
