Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Occupational Therapist (OT) for a full-time position at a school. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with children and committed to helping them develop the skills they need to succeed academically and socially.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student progress.
• Monitor and document students' progress.
• Provide interventions to improve students' fine motor skills, sensory processing, and daily living activities.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
