Description: ProCare Therapy is seeking a skilled and compassionate Occupational Therapist to join our team in Broomfield, CO. Help individuals of all ages improve their quality of life by developing, recovering, or maintaining essential skills for daily living and working.
Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical, cognitive, emotional, and sensory capabilities.
• Create personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement activities to enhance fine motor skills, coordination, strength, and endurance.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on adaptive techniques, equipment usage, and home modifications.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
• Document patient progress and treatment plans in compliance with regulations.
• Stay updated with advancements in occupational therapy through continuous learning.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors, Masters, or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Valid state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• NBCOT certification.
• Experience in various settings: hospitals, clinics, schools, rehabilitation centers, and community programs.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Empathy, patience, and a dedication to helping others achieve their potential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Commitment to ethical standards and professional conduct.
