Are you passionate about supporting students' development? Join our team in Richmond, VA, as a Full-time Occupational Therapist for the '24-'25 academic year. You'll work with students aged 3 to 22 years old with diverse needs, empowering them to achieve their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and provide individualized therapy sessions.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop effective support plans.
- Implement therapy plans that address the unique needs of each student.
- Monitor and track students' progress, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans.
- Provide training and support to school staff to enhance student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning.
Requirements:
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Eligibility for or possession of a Virginia OT license.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Experience in a school setting is a plus.
