ProCare Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and provide services to a charter school in San Jose. This position requires a commitment of 3 hours per week, ideally on Tuesdays or Thursdays, starting in the next school year (August).

Details:

• Schedule: 1 day per week for approximately 3 hours
• Start Date: August, next school year (NSY)
• Preferred Days: Tuesday or Thursday

Responsibilities:

• Perform speech, language, and communication evaluations
• Create and implement individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct therapy services to students
• Collaborate with school staff and parents
• Maintain thorough records and documentation

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid California SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

Remote Position Requirements:

• Must be proficient with technology
• Must pass a tech screening within 24-48 hours
• Provide at least two professional references from the past 3 years
• Remote positions are 1099; candidates must have or obtain professional liability insurance upon offer
