Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students with diverse needs.
• Provide occupational therapy services in various settings, including one-on-one and group sessions.
• Maintain detailed records of student progress and therapy sessions.
• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals to enhance student outcomes.
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, offering valuable insights on occupational therapy needs.
• Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in occupational therapy.

Requirements:

• Hold a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Possess a valid Virginia license or certification in Occupational Therapy.
• Previous experience working with school-aged children is preferred but not required.
• Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exhibit proficiency in maintaining accurate records and meeting deadlines.
