ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated RBTto join our team at one of our trusted school districts located in Wilmington, DE.
Pay & Benefits:
- $26-$28 Hourly Pay!
- W2 Employment
- Weekly direct deposit
- Comprehensive benefits (health, vision, dental) 401(k) matching
- Certified RBT
- Start/End Dates: ASAP 6/7/2023 (Summer needs are an option)
- Full Time (37.5 hours/week)
- Grades: Varies
- Caseload: 1:1 or group (i.e. 1:2, 1:3)
- Duties include: Support students with behavioral needs in the school. Follow a Positive Behavior Support Plan, work collaboratively with a teacher and school team, as well as a BCBA.
- 10-15 minute screening call with a ProCare Therapy Recruiter
- 20-30 Minute virtual interview directly with the school district
- Offer is typically within 24 hours of the virtual interview
