Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to join our dedicated team in Philadelphia. This role involves working within a school setting to help students achieve their physical development goals. Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive assessments to determine students' physical therapy needs.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aimed at improving physical function and mobility.
• Provide direct therapy services, ensuring that each session is tailored to meet the unique needs of the student.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals to support students' overall development.
• Document progress and maintain detailed records of therapy sessions.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational plans.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy.
• Valid PennsylvaniaState Physical Therapy license.
• Previous experience in a school environment is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
