Position Highlights:- Assessments and Evaluations: Conduct psychological and educational assessments to identify students' needs and develop individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Counseling and Support: Provide individual and group counseling services to address academic, social, and emotional issues.
- Consultation: Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to create supportive educational environments and offer guidance on classroom management and behavioral interventions.
- Program Development: Design and implement programs to promote mental health, prevent bullying, and address issues such as substance abuse.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree in School Psychology
- Active Texas Psychologist license
- Minimum 2 years of school experience
- Virtual therapy experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Reliable computer and high-speed internet (no Chromebooks or tablets)
Pay & Benefits:
- 1099 Position: Guaranteed weekly hours, potential tax benefits, and consistent hourly rate ($40-55/hr based on experience)
- Support: Clinical and technical team on standby
