ProCare Therapy is Hiring a School Psychologist Near Wildwood, NJ
About the Position:
- Full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a hybrid schedule offering 1 work-from-home day per week for report writing
- Serve students across elementary, middle, and high school within approximately 4 schools (specific schools to be determined)
- Conduct initial Autism and Educational Disability (ED) evaluations and re-evaluations
- Participate in ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with disabilities
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to ensure a cohesive support system for students
- Track student progress and report findings
- Participate in professional development opportunities to stay up-to-date on best practices
Qualifications:
- Master's Degree in School Psychology
- Texas School Psychologist Certification
- Experience conducting Autism and ED evaluations preferred
- Strong assessment, intervention, and collaboration skills
- Ability to create a positive and supportive environment for students
- Knowledge of child development and mental health
