Position Overview:

ProCare Therapy is looking for a talented and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Tracy, CA. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to work with students and help them develop their communication skills for academic and personal success.

Position Details:

• Job Type: Full-Time
• Location: Onsite at schools in Tracy, CA
• Contract: Through ProCare Therapy

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for students.
• Provide direct therapy services to students with various communication needs.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' progress.
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid California SLP license
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in a school setting is a plus
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
