Job Title: Full-Time School Social Worker/Counselor Location: Scotland, CT

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Full-Time School Social Worker/Counselor in Scotland, CT. Responsibilities:

• Provide individual and group counseling to students to address social, emotional, and behavioral concerns.
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement interventions and support plans for students.

• Provide crisis intervention and support as needed.
• Advocate for students and connect them with community resources as necessary.

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field.
• Connecticut licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) or Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).
• Previous experience working with children and adolescents in a school or clinical setting preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
