Speech Language Pathologist Job Description:

• Provide remote speech-language pathology services to students in a virtual school setting.
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver therapy sessions via online platforms.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' communication and learning needs.
• Maintain accurate records, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as necessary to ensure students' success.

Speech Language Pathologist Job Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current MarylandSLP license(CCCs)
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with students with communication disorders in a school setting.
• Experience providing virtual therapy services.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fast/reliable computer & internet speed.
  • No Chromebooks/tablets permitted.

Pay & Benefits:

• 1099 Position
• Guaranteed Weekly Hours
• Potential Tax benefits
• Hourly rate consistent across direct/indirect hours
  • ($40-55/hr depending on district budget/candidate experience)
• Clinical/Technical Team on standby

Interview Process:

• 10 - 15 minute screening call with a VocoVision Recruiter.
• 20 - 30 minute Virtual Interview with the School District.
• Offer is typically within 24-48 hours of the virtual interview.
