About the Position:
ProCare Therapy is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic School Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in Mcminnville, OR. This position offers the opportunity to work in a school setting, providing essential speech and language therapy services to students to support their communication skills and academic success. As the SLP, you will collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to developindividualizedtreatment plans tailored to each student's needs.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations of speech and language abilities.
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans to meet students' communication needs.
• Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in group settings.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and school staff to support students' educational goals.
• Maintain accurate documentation of student progress and therapy interventions.
• Actively participate in Individualized Education Program (IEP) meetings and contribute to goal development.

Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
• Valid stateSLP license.
• Previous experience in a school setting is preferred but not required.
