Job Description:

• Develop and execute individualized education plans (IEPs) for students with disabilities, collaborating with parents, therapists, and fellow educators.
• Customize teaching materials and methodologies to accommodate various learning styles and abilities.
• Deliver direct instruction across core academic subjects, life skills, and social-emotional development tailored to each student's specific needs.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to design and implement strategies promoting inclusion and differentiation within the general education curriculum.

Compensation:

• $35-45 per hour

Qualifications:

• Valid state certification in Special Education (MA)
• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Special Education
