ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and passionate Special Education Teacher to join our team in Kremmling, CO. As a contracted Special Education Teacher, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students with diverse learning needs.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs and abilities.
• Provide direct instruction and support to students with disabilities in various academic subjects and life skills development.
• Collaborate with school staff, parents, and other professionals to create a supportive and inclusive learning environment.
• Utilize evidence-based teaching strategies and assistive technologies to promote student engagement and academic success.
• Monitor student progress, collect data, and adjust instructional strategies as needed to meet educational goals.
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of student performance and behavior.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Special Education or related field (Master's degree preferred).
• Valid state Special Education Teaching License.
• Previous experience working with students with disabilities, preferably in a school setting.
• Knowledge of special education laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to adapt instruction to meet the diverse needs of students with varying abilities.
