Responsibilities :

Create and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to each student's unique needs.

Provide specialized instruction and support for students with diverse disabilities.

Track and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as required.

Collaborate with general education teachers, parents, and school staff to support student achievement.

Maintain accurate records of student performance and IEP objectives.

Cultivate an inclusive classroom environment that promotes student engagement and learning.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree or higher in Special Education or a related field.

Valid South Carolina teaching certification in Special Education.

Experience in a special education setting.

Excellent communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
