ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for the school year. This full-time position involves providing speech and language services to students across K-12 levels.

Position Details:

• Type: W2 Contract
• Hours: Full-time, 30 hours per week
• Pay Rate: Starting at $50-60 per hour, depending on experience and school budget
• Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of students' speech and language abilities
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct therapy services to students with speech and language impairments
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs
• Monitor and document students' progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
• Stay informed about the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or CFY (Clinical Fellowship Year) accepted
• Valid state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist
• Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting is preferred
• Strong understanding of speech and language development and disorders
