ProColor Collision is looking for a Body Shop Manager!
As a Body Shop Manager, you will be responsible and accountable for effectively guiding the collision repair and customer service teams to generate high quality repairs and a high level of customer satisfaction. In this position, you will lead the day-to-day work activities and establish processes to ensure high standards of quality and productivity are met as well as meeting established deadlines in order maximize profit.
A day in the Life of a Body Shop Manager at ProColor Collision

• Lead an established team of professionals in a Customer/Employee Satisfaction Driven environment to accomplish departmental goals.
• Establish and Manage the operating budget for the body shop.
• Ensure that every employee is focused on providing exceptional customer service.
• Ensure an ongoing strong understanding and application of insurance partner guidelines.
• Hold daily Production Meetings with all members of the Technical team.
• Supervise parts procurement and supplement process.
• Monitor sublets and production scheduling.
• Monitor several key indicators, including daily production statistics and regional benchmarks in order to achieve productivity projections and meet our customer's expectations.
• Follow industry standards in completing insurance forms, completing estimates and making additional recommendations.
• Obtain approvals as required to ensure prompt payment from insurance customers and retail customers.

Our ideal candidate is someone:

• High school or college automotive body repair diploma
• Extensive experience as a Body Shop Manager or a similar role.
• A complete understanding of the day to day collision repair duties
• Familiarity with insurance repair procedures and guidelines
• Proficiency with MS Office applications and collision softwares
• Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Ability to deal with people sensitively, tactfully, diplomatically, and professionally

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Contract

Pay: $100,000.00 - $135,000.00 per year

Expected hours: 50 – 55 per week

Work Location: In person
