Key Qualifications:
- Manufacturing background with multi-site oversight
- Non-union experience and union avoidance
- Engaging leadership style, visible on the plant floor
- Strategic, influential, and adept in employee relations
- Partner with plant managers and leadership teams
- Provide advice, coaching, and guidance on HR matters
- Manage employee relations, complaint resolution, and policy compliance
- Lead change management and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop and execute training programs and performance management
- Ensure legal and regulatory compliance, including FLSA and EEO
- Oversee recruitment, retention, and succession planning
- Manage payroll, personnel, and medical records accuracy
- Strong business partnering and self-management
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Effective in meeting facilitation, problem-solving, and decision making
- Skilled in training program development and presentation
- Proficient with ADP Vantage and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Bachelor's degree in business, HR, or related field; certifications preferred
- 7-10 years HR management experience in non-union manufacturing
- Multi-site experience required
- Strong organizational and analytical skills
- Demonstrated ability to manage and develop direct reports
