Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned Design Architect who thrives in creating stunning, functional spaces. With 8-10 years of experience, you understand every aspect of building architecture, but your passion is for design.
- Lead and develop innovative architectural designs from concept to completion.
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand and translate their visions into practical designs.
- Oversee project documentation and ensure designs meet all structural and safety standards.
- Work with engineering and construction teams to integrate design elements into the building process.
- Mentor junior staff and guide design best practices.
- 8-10 years of professional experience in architecture.
- Strong expertise in the design process, with a portfolio displaying a range of completed projects.
- Comprehensive knowledge of building systems and construction methods.
- Proficient in Revit.
- Exceptional communication skills for client and team interactions.
- A degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
