Job DescriptionJoin our team as a Desktop Support Specialist! You will support 150 users, including those on job sites, ensuring their technical needs are met efficiently. You will also handle new employee IT setups and communicate with hiring managers in various departments, including architecture, construction, and field personnel.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and resolve support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
  • Assist with network and connectivity problems.
  • Perform system updates and maintenance.
  • Set up IT equipment for new employees.
  • Train users in software and hardware functionalities.
  • Provide support for job sites.
  • Communicate with hiring managers in architecture, construction, and the field.
  • Collaborate with the IT team for system improvements.
Qualifications
  • 2 years of experience in desktop support in a corporate setting preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows.
  • Strong understanding of networking principles.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate technical information.
  • Experience with remote support tools.
  • Ability to support users at various job sites.
  • Effective communication with hiring managers in multiple departments.
