Title: Data Scientist
Duration: 12 Months Contract to hire.
Location: Charlotte, NC (On-Site)

Experience with SAS, Teradata, Python, PySpark, SQL
Machine Learning (ML), Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Large Language Model (LLM) experience
Model development and validation documentation experience
Excellent communication skills and ability to articulate complex material to a diverse audience
Prior experience working in regulated industries or at enterprise level corporations
Bachelor's degree in Engineering and/or Statistics
Responsibilities:
In this contingent resource assignment, you may: Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Quantitative Analytics Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Quantitative Analytics challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables Strategically collaborate and consult with Client personnel
Leads or assists on end-to-end model build efforts from discovery to deployment
Performs pre-/post-model testing, including explain ability, robustness, fairness testing, etc
Communicates project progress and obstacles
Shepherds model from discover to deployment including post-validation activities
Conducts ongoing monitoring and reviews
