Prodapt is seeking a Testing-Quality Assurance Engineer to join our team. The individual in this role will be responsible for understanding, defining, and performing testing protocols to deliver client projects and suggesting remedies in case of failures in the testing environment. The candidate must be able to uphold Prodapt's winning values and work in a way that contributes to the company's vision.

• Understand the requirements and related workflow across the systems/applications under scope
• Perform manual testing of the application/device/system under scope and share the test results by creating/executing test-scripts
• Identify deviations and capture defects in line with the defect handling process
• Understand the related tools and techniques in the test scope and use them for the best output of the testing activity
• Create/involve in understanding documents as part of the training/knowledge management activities
• Extend support with the creation of lifecycle management processes and frameworks with world-class techniques, setting up standards, procedures, and guidelines for the software development life cycle
• Understand various test approaches and testing models
• Participate in customer calls with respect to testing progress and share/detail about defects found
• Execution and failure analysis in automation.

• Bachelor's degree (in any field)
• MSc/BE/Masters with specialization in IT/Computer Science (Desired)
• Work experience of 0-5 years
• Experience working in multi-channel delivery projects (Desired)
• Intermediate level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Knowledge of software testing, including test processes, artifacts, and deliverables
• Knowledge of JIRA, test management tools, and defect management tools
• Basic knowledge of SQL and Telecom.
