Job Summary:

We are looking for a proficient Food Manager to lead our dry food production operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in food safety, FDA regulations, and mechanical knowledge to ensure adherence to industry standards.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate dry food production activities
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and industry standards
• Implement and maintain CGMP, HACCP, and other quality control measures
• Supervise the fabrication and sanitation of food production equipment
• Monitor and uphold food safety protocols
• Lead a team of production staff to achieve operational goals
• Conduct regular inspections to maintain quality standards

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the dry food industry
• In-depth understanding of CGMP, HACCP, and other regulatory requirements with at least 5 years of experience
• Mechanical knowledge for equipment maintenance and troubleshooting with a minimum of 5 years of experience
• Ability to fabricate and sanitize food production machinery with at least 5 years of experience
• Proficiency in basic math for inventory management and calculations with a minimum of 5 years of experience
