The Role of Client Success Manager: As a Client Success Manager at ProducifyX, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and receive exceptional value from our services. This position is pivotal in maintaining and enhancing client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact and advocate for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Liaison: Act as the main liaison between ProducifyX and its clients, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
  • Goal Achievement: Work closely with clients to understand their objectives and help them achieve their desired outcomes using ProducifyXs services.
  • Support and Guidance: Provide exceptional support, guidance, and resources to clients, helping them navigate challenges and maximize their success.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams to align client needs with business goals and deliver optimal results.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track and report on client success metrics, providing feedback to clients and internal teams to continuously improve our services.

  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities to address client issues and provide effective solutions.

Bonded through shared experiences, we became close friends and recognized the strength of combining our efforts to create ProducifyX. As passionate as we are about business, we consider ourselves parents, spouses, mission leaders, Eagle Scouts, IRONMAN athletes, outdoorsmen, and community impact advocates - first and foremost.
Ryan has been married for over twenty years and is a proud father of four: twins Matthew & Maverick, Kason, and Kaylee. His hobbies include hobby farming with his own blue Ford tractor, bow hunting, fishing, shed hunting, church activities (including a two-year mission in Jamaica), and spending time with family. With a history of building successful ventures, including a finance practice with offices in Chicago, Kansas City, and Columbia, MO, Ryan is focused on training and developing new account representatives to meet the firms growth expectations. Both George and Ryan also serve as Shareholders and Board Members at the Forbes top-ranked global advisory firm, N2Growth, Inc.
George is married to Stef and has two daughters, Raelyn and Adelynn. He enjoys organic cooking, participating in IRONMAN competitions (completing his first full race in 2020), Scouting as an Eagle Scout, global travel, reading, and family time. With a BS-BA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City and over a decade of experience in building successful businesses, George is responsible for developing ProducifyXs infrastructure, including Business Development, Marketing, and Financial Strategy. He also supports the team in any capacity needed to meet client needs.
