Growing NJ printing company seeks an energetic success-oriented full-time Outside Sales Representative to sell our full diversified line of custom products including graphic overlays, industrial nameplates, POP graphics, decals, labels, signs, steel rule dies, and custom packaging solutions.

The ideal candidate will drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities, closing key accounts and nurturing existing client relationships. Experience in selling printed products is preferred but is not required as we would train the individual about the industries to target. The position would involve lead generation, cold calling, canvassing, and key account selling to existing customers. The person must be a true “road warrior” willing to visit accounts in PA, NJ, NY, and CT. The ideal candidate must be self-motivated and must have a demonstrated history of being an experienced closer.

Compensation would be a combination of salary, expense reimbursement, commission, 401K plans and health insurance. The person would work directly with management and would have our full support in sales initiatives such as trade shows in key industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prospect and develop new accounts
• Maintain and expand relationships with current customers
• Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
• Provide expert product knowledge and solutions to clients
• Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

• 2 years B2B sales experience, preferably in printing or packaging
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated with a drive to meet and exceed goals
