Job SummaryThe Sales Analyst is primarily responsible for supporting sales management by monitoring and reporting on market dynamics and long-range planning forecasts. In this role, you will collaborate with business development, engineering, manufacturing, finance, purchasing, quality and customer service functions to ensure company goals and customer satisfaction is achieved. The Sales Analyst will be called on to support the execution of the sales strategy utilizing Salesforce and Advanced Development Projects with the Sales Team Members Reports to: Director of Sales (Musashi North America, Inc.) or Sales Manager Qualifications• Bachelor’s degree in business or engineering required.• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in supporting automotive customer projects or accounts.• Excellent communication skills.• Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams to execute company and customer objectives.• Strong problem solving, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.• Strong relationship building skills.• Understanding of financial concepts and cost structure.• Ability and willingness limited travel for business activities domestically and internationally. Musashi Expectations Company Standards:• Uphold company policies.• Be a champion of the Musashi Philosophy.• Follow all safety procedures & instructions.• Actively involved in company and department goals.• Follow Musashi’s “5S” principles.• Interact with all Musashi working peers in a respectful and pleasant manner. Job Responsibilities:• Proactively maintain and build a strong operational understanding of Salesforce, its utilization and assist the Account Managers with uploading of data:o Quoting and Change Managemento Price Trackingo Sales Planning• Support the Account Managers with updating comments on open commercial issues (internal and external).• Prepare and present proposals to sales management to increase awareness on future sales growth and probability scales.• Proactively maintain CRM system to ensure data integrity and accuracy for customer programs.• Coordinate the required monthly activities of the Target Agreement Process, Acquisition Plans and Sales Forecast Reports. • Prepare, maintain and present Monthly Market Data and Market Forecast Models for MSI.• Coordinate SED meetings with Musashi Japan• Assist Account Managers with SED template presentation materials• Salesforce Admin responsibilities include coordinating with software integrators, managing CRM improvement projects, training, troubleshooting, etc.• Salesforce Admin for Sales and Customer Sites.• Lead and maintain service contract reviews with each of the plants for past OEM production contracts. Skills and Abilities• Detail and goal oriented, organized and disciplined.• Excellent collaboration skills: know how to build, influence, manage conflict with political savvy.• Strong interpersonal skills: ability to work with diverse teams, and influence/drive/lead change across functional and business boundaries.• Effective written and oral communication skills; demonstrable ability to convey ideas to a diverse team of people.• Excellent customer acumen.• Proficient in MS Office, Salesforce and CRM software.
