Essential Functions
- Day-to-day management of assigned projects – overseeing all elements from timelines, staffing, creative, onsite logistics, and guest experience
- Liaise between client, internal teams, and event partners to ensure projects are completed on time & on budget
- Effectively communicate a client's vision & collaborate internally to develop creative concepts & implement clear plans of action to meet brand objectives
- Own budgets & timelines, offering suggestions for efficiencies & feasibility
- Oversee the development of show documents, communication strategy, ground plans & layouts, creative concepts, staffing, onsite security & logistics, transportation, catering, etc.
- Manage expectations, provide feedback, and anticipate challenges before they arise
- Contribute to the RFP process, offering suggestions for improvement & leading the charge as needed
- Research, venue scout, and participate in brainstorming sessions & client meetings as required
- Ask questions, seek feedback, and action changes
- Comfortable working in an office setting, as well as from more rigorous & non-traditional onsite environments
- Have excellent interpersonal & communication skills, both verbal & written
- Team player with the ability to work independently
- Have outstanding organizational skills & great attention to detail
- Comfortable multi-tasking & working graciously in a fast-paced environment
- Problem solver with the ability to anticipate challenges & provide sound solutions

- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Proficient in Slack
- Flexibility to work non-traditional hours (nights & weekends) as required

- $90,000-$115,000 DOE
