Salary: $65,000 - $90,000 DOE

ProductPlan is looking for a skilled and experienced Revenue Operations Administrator to join our team. The RevOps Administrator plans a vital role as the link between our sales, marketing, and finance teams to accelerate revenue growth and drive visibility across the organization. Duties of the RevOps Administrator will include providing comprehensive support to internal users, ensuring data integrity, producing and analyzing sales data, and implementing process improvements. The role will require close collaboration with cross-functional teams to align processes, documentation, and data for revenue optimization.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Configure and optimize HubSpot’s current and future system functionalities, including custom properties, workflows, and automations.
  • Provide comprehensive support to internal users including the Executive team, troubleshoot issues, and develop and deliver training.
  • Manage user access and permissions within HubSpot, handling setups, deactivations, and data transfers.
  • Oversees data integrity within HubSpot CRM through data import management, data auditing, cleanup and deduping
  • Be the linchpin between operations and accounting to build and distribute periodic reporting on revenue, pipeline health, and other vital information as requested by executive leadership.
  • Be an agent for change, leading and delivering on process improvement and automation projects to support scalable growth. Work with G2M teams to ensure revenue data integrity within the HubSpot environment, specifically ensuring all lead generation activities are properly tracked and attributed in HubSpot. Handle data in HubSpot Dashboards by developing reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity.
  • Maintain documentation and definitions for HubSpot to facilitate onboarding and knowledge sharing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, finance, operations, marketing, and other stakeholders to design and execute strategic operational projects aimed at increasing sales productivity, operational efficiency, and revenue.
  • Create and manage custom objects, fields, formulas, record types, page layouts, reports, and dashboards.
  • Coordinate and support integrations with third-party apps, plugins, and tools.

Required Experience, Education, & Skills: 

  • 4 years of relevant work experience, with a comprehensive understanding of sales operations.
  • 3 years of professional experience with HubSpot Marketing Automation platform.
  • Deep understanding of HubSpot capabilities and CRM administration.
  • Experience supporting a team of sales professionals in a fast-paced, short sales cycle, high-growth environment.
  • Proven experience creating reports, optimizing processes, training new hires, and managing dashboards.
  • Ability to build, implement, and improve processes.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions.
  • Experience or strong aptitude for building reports and dashboards in CRM tools.
  • Strong data management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Advanced in MS Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Google Suite
  • Proven ability to lead, prioritize, and maintain attention to detail under critical timelines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills with demonstrated success of interacting effectively at various levels in the organization
  • Basic understanding of scripting languages like Python or Bash is a plus, to aid in automating routine tasks and improving productivity.
  • HubSpot certifications focused on Sales Software and Marketing Process (preferred).
