Outside Sales Representative

Direct Hire; $50k bonus

Oklahoma and Arkansas Territory

Must be in or around one of the following cities

• Oklahoma City, OK
• Tulsa, OK
• Muskogee, OK
• Shawnee, OK
• Norman, OK
• Little Rock, OK
• Texarkana, OK
• West Memphis, AR
• Fayetteville, AR

**5 years of outside sales experience in building materials A MUST

**Newly created position in a new territory

**Remote position that requires travel daily

Duties:

• Qualify prospects within assigned sales territory and build a consistent pipeline to meet sales goals
• Quickly move prospects through sales process by delivering outstanding consultation, sales, and customer experience
• Update sales and client databases with current information
• Stay informed on latest industry developments by attending team meetings and training workshops
• Negotiate with potential and existing customers to close sales
• Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers
• Plan takeoffs

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales role in a B2B sales environment
• Strong technical and software skills including MS Word, Excel, PP, and Outlook (strong proposal/presentation skills)
• Successful track record of meeting/exceeding sales revenue projections A MUST
• Amazing communication, sales, customer service, and negotiation skills
• Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns across a diverse set of customers and geographic regions
