To Apply for this Job Click Here Job ID#: 21025 Team Lead, Work Management Capabilities/Platforms (Business Analyst Leader) Houston, TX or Charleston, WV Well established energy client is seeking a work management professional with key strong background emphasizing leadership in implementing and enhancing work management systems, fostering innovation, and maintaining effective communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to achieve business objectives effectively. You will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees who work to sustain and develop the platforms and tools that power the the company's Work Management team, This role entails deep business unit and user interactions via feedback design sessions and will require significant cross pollination with the other product teams in the program and will communicate the voice of the users, inform the product roadmap, articulate new features and enhancements to stakeholders, coordinate the successful implementation of product releases, and support ongoing product use while ensuring focus on the program's strategic vision and goals. Accountabilities:
Team Leadership:
Lead and develop a team focused on business process modeling tools (BlueWorx) and SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM).
Foster a collaborative and positive team environment, encouraging open communication and continuous improvement.
Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and provide constructive feedback.
Identify training needs and implement programs to enhance team capabilities.
Implementation and Strategy:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand needs and develop sustainable implementation strategies.
Define software requirements and create technical specifications in alignment with strategic vision.
Manage user feedback to inform product roadmaps and ensure deliverables meet business requirements.
Coordinate implementation of new features and enhancements, ensuring smooth integration and adoption.
Technical Expertise:
Utilize strong technical, analytical, and influencing skills to drive the development and enhancement of work management platforms.
Identify and address critical dependencies and issues, presenting recommendations for resolution.
Maintain proactive partnerships with technology teams to ensure agile delivery within established timelines.
Innovation and Improvement:
Champion the adoption of innovative technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to optimize product offerings.
Stay informed about industry trends and technologies, assessing their relevance to strategic goals.
Challenge existing processes and provide recommendations for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
Communication and Stakeholder Management:
Bridge communication between end-users and development teams, ensuring alignment with user needs.
Articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and business requirements to technical teams effectively.
Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, lines of business, and functions to establish trust and credibility.

Minimum qualifications
Bachelor's degree or relevant experience
Minimum eight years of relevant experience, with at least 5 years of experience leading a team
This position requires excellent technical, analytical, and influencing skills, paired with experience in product management or user experience at an energy, technology, or related firm
Self-starter, able thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative and cross-functional environment that is results-driven

Preferred qualifications
Graduate degree in a business or technical field preferred
An understanding of the natural gas business
Experience with SAP Plant Maintenance (SAP PM)
Experience with business process modeling tools ( i.e ., BlueWorx)
Passion for driving toward an excellent client experience; UI/UX/design experience a significant plus
