Founded in 2003, Professional Builders Supply today operates locations in the Carolinas, selling, installing and distributing residential and commercial building materials such as lumber, siding, trim, doors, windows, decking and railing. The company also operates a truss manufacturing facility in Fayetteville, North Carolina and provides turn-key installation services for multifamily applications through its PBS Commercial brand and for residential roofing and siding via SouthEnd Exteriors.
A Brief Overview
Receives and directs incoming telephone calls, operating a multiple line switchboard. Greets incoming customers and provides information as needed. The Receptionist will perform a variety of clerical support duties as required.
What you will do

• Receive and direct incoming calls by operating a multiple line switchboard.
• Open and sort mail daily.
• Take and relay messages.
• Provide information to customers as required.
• Manage shipping and receiving of packages.
• Assist with data input or word processing as needed.
• Comply with Company's attendance policy by maintaining regular and predictable attendance.

Education Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED Required

Experience Qualifications

• Some exposure to business environment Preferred

Skills and Abilities

• Ability to operate multiple line switchboard.
• Should possess positive interpersonal skills and energetic customer relations skills.
