Job Summary:
Professional Care Match, LLC is seeking dedicated and compassionate CNAs and HHAs to join our team as In-Home Caregivers in Bourne, Massachusetts. This is a part-time, hourly position with a compensation range of $18-$23 per hour. Responsibilities:
- Provide compassionate and personalized care to clients in their homes
- Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, and medication reminders
- Build strong relationships with clients and their families through consistent and reliable care
- Monitor client's health status and report any changes to supervising healthcare professionals
- Keep accurate and detailed records of care provided
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients
- Communicate effectively with clients, their families, and other healthcare team members
Requirements:
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Home Health Aide (HHA) certification from an accredited program
- Previous experience in home care or long-term care setting preferred
- Current CPR and First Aid certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow care plans and work independently
- Reliable transportation to and from client's homes
- Must pass thorough background check and drug screening
