We are currently looking for a Full-Time, Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team and provide on-site medical care at the Monroe County Jail in Rochester, NY.

We are offering a $20,000.00 sign on bonus for this position !

This is a 40 hour/week position. Weekly hours are scheduled during normal business hours Monday - Friday with rotation of weekends as needed shared on a rotation basis with all providers. average one weekend every 4 -8 weeks.

• Salaries are negotiable and commensurate based on experience. rate range: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
