Receptionist for a Law Office (On-site).
  • Location: Boca Raton, FL.
  • Hourly $16 to $18 will depend on experience plus benefits.

As a Legal Receptionist, you will work as the gatekeeper for the office. You will handle a multitude of tasks to make sure the office runs successfully.
Legal Receptionist Qualifications/Skills:
  • Greet clients as they arrive, and inquire about their purpose for visiting the firm.
  • Provide initial information regarding the firm's services.
  • Answering and routing incoming calls on a multi-line telephone system.
  • Scheduling of meetings, travel plans, and conference rooms for attorneys, clients, and vendors.
  • Oversee the ordering and storage of office supply inventory, while creating an effective liaison with vendors and suppliers.
  • Scanning, photocopying, faxing and filing documents.
  • Receive, and sort incoming mail, and deliveries, and manage outgoing mail.
  • Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Assisting attorneys, and other staff with various clerical duties as needed.
  • Must be able to organize and manage time and manage multiple tasks.
  • Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Solid problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Qualifications:
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, (ie; Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Receptionist Experience a MUST!
  • Consistent record of attendance, reliability, and integrity.
  • Dependable transportation is a must.
  • Prior law firm experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Demonstrate superior customer service skills.
  • This position is in a professional office setting, Work Remote-No.
  • 40-hour work week, Monday - Friday.
  • High School diploma or equivalent required.
  • Spanish Speaking a Plus!
