Professional Case Management is Hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse - LPN - Home Health ( WEEKENDS ONLY) Near Chattanooga, TN

Perform nursing functions in accordance with the federal, state, and local laws and within the state-specific scope of practice of a licensed practical/vocational nurse and as defined by the Agency. Deliver LPN care to clients as delegated by the regional director of clinical operations, senior case manager or case manager.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of a state-approved school of professional nursing
  • Current, unrestricted license as an LPN/LVN in the state(s) of practice
  • New graduate nurses are welcome to apply !
  • Current CPR certification and TB test
