Professional Dispatch Services, Inc. is looking for several full-time Nationwide Dispatchers.Dispatchers answer incoming calls and communicate with mobile units to send the appropriate response. Dispatchers are used in the Towing and Recovery industry, taking requests for individual companies and sending the appropriate equipment to assist stranded motorists. Dispatchers also send Tow Trucks to assist Police and Fire agencies for emergency situations.Dispatchers are calm, clear and in control, especially in emergency situations. They know the appropriate responses, no matter the situation, whether it's a semi-truck rollover or a motorist who has locked their keys in their car. They track and monitor situations by computer, GPS and telephone, and respond to any situations reported by those in the field.We are seeking emergency dispatchers for day, swing and graveyard shifts. We are open 24/7, 365 - holidays and weekends are required. Prior Dispatch experience is not required, we will train those who have potential!We Are Looking For Individuals That Possess

• Knowledge of computer operations sufficient to enter, retrieve and manipulate data.
• Ability to read and follow oral and written instructions.
• Effectively prioritize situations and make decisions based on the information received.
• Ability to hear and understand multiple sound sources.
• Able to handle multiple tasks to receive and communicate information to and from several sources ensuring calls for service are dispatched and monitored in a timely manner.
• Work under stressful conditions and react appropriately using good judgment.
• Availability to work shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Willingness to maintain respectful working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and the general public.
• Reliable attendance is a must.
