Job Description:
As an Outbound BDC Representative at PES Solar, you will play a crucial role in driving our sales and customer acquisition efforts. You will be responsible for reaching out to prospective customers via outbound calls to educate them about the benefits of solar energy and our products/services. Your goal will be to schedule in-home appointments and ultimately contribute to the growth and success of our company by getting our Solar Experts to the door. You will be calling “warm” leads that have submitted their information and requested to learn more about how Solar can benefit their household or business.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to prospects that are inquiring about Solar and ultimately set up a free consultation for our Solar Experts to meet with them to go over our products/services.
2. Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and how it can save them money on their ever- rising utility bill
3. Qualify leads by making sure their property is a fit for solar

4. Schedule appointments and assign them to the proper Solar Experts based on order, logistics and personality pairing.

5. Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities using our CRM system. Calling, texting, emailing prospects and taking proper notes to ensure the quality of the lead
6. Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.

Requirements:
1. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
2. Previous experience in outbound calling, sales, or customer service is preferred but not required.
3. Quick learner with a creative mind and personality for the phones.
4. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
5. Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
6. Proficiency with basic computer applications and CRM systems.
7. Must have reliable transportation as attendance at work is first and foremost

8. Must have the ability to Rebuttal, Divert and speak with confidence on the phone
