**Caregiver Position at Professional Habilitation Services**

**Overview:**

Professional Habilitation Services, a provider of home and community services for adults with intellectual disabilities, is seeking a dedicated Caregiver to join our compassionate team. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing care and support to individuals in need, promoting their well-being and independence.

**Responsibilities:**

- Building trusting relationships with clients to facilitate effective care and support

- Providing assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal care tasks

- Administering medications following proper protocols

- Assisting with meal preparation, light housekeeping, and companionship

- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care plans

- Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions and progress

**Skills:**

- Strong caregiving skills with a focus on empathy and patience

- Ability to administer medications accurately

- Competence in assisting with ADLs for individuals with varying needs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
