**Job Overview:**

Professional Habilitation Services is currently looking for a caring and dedicated Caregiver to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will be responsible for providing compassionate care and support to adults with intellectual disabilities in their home and community settings.

**Responsibilities:**

- Assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in daily living activities and personal care tasks.

- Support residents in maintaining their independence and enhancing their quality of life.

- Provide meal preparation and assistance with nutritional needs.

- Ensure the safety and well-being of residents at all times.

- Uphold resident rights and promote a positive living environment.

- Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members as needed.

- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided.

**Qualifications:**

- Experience in caregiving, nursing home, or direct support roles is preferred.

- Familiarity with systems for home and community care.

- Ability to lift and assist residents as needed.

- Comfortable working with individuals with developmental disabilities.

- Strong communication skills and a compassionate demeanor.
