ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain a complete, accurate and systematic set of records of business transactions in compliance with all company and GAAP accounting policies for assigned accountants and clients.
- Manage accounting, assigned clients, & client's books
- Provide monthly reporting and recommendations to enhance client’s financial performance
- Conduct financial accounting audits
- Comply with GAAP, company, and client policies
- Assist with on-boarding of new clients
- Responsible for forecasting and financial reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
The Right Person for the Job has…
- Prefers to work virtually
- Lives in the TEXAS
- 5 years of Managing Accountants
- 5 years of accounting experience
- 5 years QuickBooks Desktop and Online (QuickBooks certification preferred)
- Understanding of GAAP accounting principles and practices
- Knowledge of financial reporting
- Excellent computer skills and experience with Microsoft products, especially excel
- Strong entrepreneurial spirit and leadership skills
- Strong problem solver
- Highly motivated with strong analytical, computer and oral/written communication skills
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize well
- Detail-oriented; organized; self-starter
- Flexible, creative, trustworthy, and positive attitude
