Bilingual Spanish / English Mass211 Representative- $22 / hr

We areseeking a dedicated Bilingual Spanish / English Mass211 Representative to joinour team with a hybrid work arrangement of 2 days on-site and 3 days remote,working from 10am to 6pm.

The primary function of a Mass211 ChildcareInformation Specialist is to support eligible families in finding and obtainingaffordable childcare as well as locating additional local support services.

Thegoal is to guide families by identifying stated and unstated needs and offeraccurate and appropriate resources. This is an excellent opportunity forindividuals with high-volume call center experience or experience determiningeligibility for state or federal resources.

Theideal candidate will have prior call center experience, be experienced withdata gathering techniques, and demonstrate aptitude with Microsoft Office,Word, Excel, databases, and other software systems.

They should bedetail-oriented with excellent proofreading skills, fluent in both Spanish andEnglish, and able to work well within a team as well as independently.

Generalknowledge of Health & Human Services is necessary, along with the abilityto attend functions, meetings, and activities outside of normal work hours asneeded.

The candidate must be able to work in-office during scheduled hours(Tuesdays and Thursdays) with hybrid / remote flexibility and must have customerservice experience.

Aminimum of one year of work experience in human services such as nonprofit,public administration, and / or community research is required, along with a highschool diploma or equivalent.

At least one year of work experience specificallyin information and referral is desirable, and AIRS Certification is appreciatedbut not required.
