About the opening:

- Oversee accounting, reporting, and tax filings for corporate entities and investments
- Prepare annual budgets and manage quarterly lender reporting
- Manage corporate cash, invoices, receivables, and owner distributions
- Oversee payroll funding, 401k, and worker compensation audits
- Handle tax estimates and planning
- Monitor treasury activities and ensure compliance with policies and controls
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance
- 10 years of relevant accounting experience in real estate
- CPA preferred
- Experience with open-end fund reporting
- Knowledge of tax reporting and compliance for private REITs, partnerships, and S corps
- Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
- Team player with a high degree of professionalism
