We are seeking an energetic, self-starter to join our growing team to support our business with program manager efforts. The Program Manager will organize, direct, and manage contract operation support functions, involving annual tabletop exercise and all close out reports.

Work location: Remote

Salary: $20,000 - 25,000 (for 3-month period on an annual basis)

Hours: Full-time, temporary for 3 months on an annual basis

Education Requirements: Bachelor's Degree

Requirements:

• Must have 7 years of project management experience.
• Experience with SLM methodology, or Agile Methodology.

• Experience with and knowledge of FISMA requirements, IRC 6103, OMB

Memo M-17-12, and IRS organizational structure and operations.

• Experience with tabletop exercises in the federal government
• Agile management certification is preferred (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster, Agile Facilitator, Agile Coach)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Must be well organized.
• High-level management and leadership skills.
• Ability to schedule and manage tasks effectively.
• Must have strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
• Risk management skills are required.

Job responsibilities include:

• Manage teams of contract support personnel.
• Maintain and manage the client interface at the senior levels of the client organization.
• Meet with customer and contractor personnel to formulate and review task plans and deliverables.
• Ensure conformance with program task schedules and costs.
• Establish and maintain technical and financial reports to show progress of projects to stakeholder management and customers.
• Organize and delegate responsibilities to subordinates and oversee the successful completion of all assigned tasks.
