Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated Retail Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and sales in a retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to all shoppers
- Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor
- Stock shelves and monitor inventory levels of items and of brochures
- Utilize up-selling techniques to maximize sales opportunities
-call on all hot tub leads and update the portal system of the leads called
-put up sales propaganda on showroom floor to keep it current
-going to trainings on new products, and having trainings with vendors on new items in showroom floor.
Experience
- Previous experience in retail sales is required.
- Proficiency in basic math skills for cash handling and transactions
- Familiarity with retail math concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and procedures

Schedule is Monday- Friday 8:30- 5 pm and Saturday 8:30- 4 pm. Pays weekly direct deposit and benefits such as health insurance, dental and visions with company paying 50 % of it. 401k match up to 4 %, vacation pay.
Pay is $650 a week plus 3% commission off of high end luxury items such as hot tubs, bbq islands, appliances, material only kits for alumawood covers, patio furniture. We are a construction company that has retail store for retail items like ones listed above.
